CHRISTIAN EDUCATION FOR ALL

"Train up a child in the way (s)he should go, And when (s)he is old (s)he will not depart from it."      — Proverbs 22:6

And the truth is that we are all growing in Christ, using the Bible to "...be transformed by the renewing of your mind." (Romans 12:2). Please consider joining us as we learn together how to live the abundant life promised by our Savior Jesus Christ.

FaithWeaver Sunday school curriculum weaves together a family's journey in faith by teaching the same Bible truth across all age levels. This way, families can apply those truths together in their daily lives, growing individually in their faith and as a family unit.

Every FaithWeaver Sunday School lesson contains:

• Age appropriate, engaging lessons that challenge each member of the family to grow.

• Daily Challenge® activity choices will help family members put their faith into action each week.

• One Bible Point simplifies teacher training and devotions, and provides a common theme for decorating and activities.

• Plus, additional FaithWeaver resources for children's church/second hour and kids' outreach programs/midweek will further maximize your ministry effectiveness.

YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL

Jesus is a four-week study designed to help teens encounter the basic truths about who Jesus is and why that matters in their lives. Through group study and daily devotions, found in the Groove: Jesus Student Journal, teenagers will begin to understand the significance of Christ and how that relates to their daily walk. Would you like join us?  We meet in Room 106, the senior high youth room on the first floor at 9:00 AM Sunday mornings.

SMALL GROUPS AND BIBLE STUDY GROUPS

Women's Bible Study Beginning on Wednesday, September 20th at 9:30 a.m., we will begin a new study called “Steadfast Love by Lauren Chandler”. Study Psalm 107 verse by verse and learn to face each season of life with courage and trust in Jesus. Witness how God delights in setting you free, changing darkness into light, and bringing the dead to life. Discover how tests in your journey of faith reveal the true condition of your heart. If you are interested in making God a part of your daily life, please consider joining this bible study. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow in your faith and to become a part of a small group of women of faith, please join us. Steadfast love endures forever but this study is only for 7 weeks. If you have any questions, please contact Denise Jones at mjones1989@cox.net, or text at (703) 887-2543. Meets Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM in Room 205.

A Bible Study is held in the home of R.C. and Sandy Woolfenden every other Tuesday evening at 7:30 PM. We start with pot-luck snacks and fellowship at 7:30 and begin our Bible study at 8:00. Located just north of Braddock on Twinbrook Rd., call Sandy Woolfenden for more information at 703-973-2752.
